Gideon Posted July 1, 2011 Report Share Posted July 1, 2011 Hi, What is the processing time for H4 to F1 in Vermount Service center.. I have applied for COS in March.. Still there is no COS.. also USCIS says that the processing time is still not over.. Where as in website it says 2.5 months for COS on I-539.. Any Inputs pls.. Link to comment
