sumitpatki Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 Hi, My h1 visa is completing 6 years on Nov 24, 2011 and I applied for greencard on April 26, 2011 but unfortunately it went into audit. I checked the perm processing times on DOL website and it is saying as of 08/22, dec 2010 audit cases are being handled. Based on this it seems impossible to get perm approval by Nov 24. Is there any way I can stay back in the country by applying for H1 renewal. I don't want to apply for Student F1 visa. Link to comment
