Form I751 returbed due to worng address

Hi, my Green Card expires on July 31st 2011 so I sent my I-751 to the California USCIS Center at the address on the website and the form but I got my application returned with a note saying that the Claifornia Service Center does not process I-751. I have checked the address several times and I sent it to the correct address. I am a permanent residence of NJ but have been temporarily living in California since Oct 2010 due to work. I clearly stated that in the cover letter and also put the permanent adress as NJ and mailing address as CA. I am not sure why the form has been returned and which address to mail the form to (Vermont center or somewhere else) Please help
