prakashJ Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 My parents got their green card approved a few years ago but had to surrender it due to various reasons at the time that prevented them from staying in the US and maintain the green card status. They switched to visitor visa after giving up the Green card at the US consulate in India. Can we expect complications if I want to reapply for their Green card again? Thanks much. Link to comment
