anandgs Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 My EB2 PD is very close to getting current. my wife was on h1 for 6 months with SSN and received only one payslip and w2 for year 2008 later no project so she switched back to H4.will this affect when we apply for 485 ? please advise.
