sudhirreddy Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 Yup thats true. They go by place of birth and not your current citizenship. So if your company files your GC in EB2 then you will be in ROW and hence file I140 and 485 concurrently and probably get the GC in 1yr Link to comment
rar2011 Posted June 19, 2011 Report Share Posted June 19, 2011 My wife is employed on H1B, myself two chidren (Studens in US) are on H4. Wife and myself were born in India. Kids born in Saudi Arabia. Can the kids get priority based on birthplace when applying for GC? any input on the issue is highly appreciated. Link to comment
