Sai239 Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 Hi Everyone, I have filed my I-765 on 21st November 2010. I received an RFE notice on 7th February 2011. I sent back the requested document on 14th February and they received it on 16th February, and the status was updated to "Review of RFE Response". The message says that I should get a written notice within 60 days from that date. Its been 58 days till date, neither did I get any notice from them, nor did my status change on the website. What should I do now? . Any sort of suggestion at this point of time will be a lot helpful . Awaiting your valuable suggestions. Sai. Link to comment

So if you dont mind please let me know the dates you filed your I-765, the day you got RFE, the date your statud changed from "Review of RFE Response" to "Decision" .. that would really be helpful.
