Form I-539 of my kid is waiting for the decision and I-94 is expired on 18-APR-2022. Due to a family emergency, we need to travel to India. Is there any consequences if we abandon I-539 and travel to India with an expired I-94? Will expired I-94 cause any issues for visa stamping in India? Will this period be considered as unauthorized stay? I am sorry for asking so many questions but I am confused and not sure what needs to be done. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
