Hi - I am filling up my DS-160 for visa stamping process. I have an approved H1B 1797 (approved in 2021) and also have an approved I140 (approved in 2017).

What should I fill in the form for Application Receipt/Petition number? Will it be the H1b Approval petition or the I140 approval petition?
