They are giving me the option to travel home before it is filed as its not advised to travel until amendment is approved (will take 4-6 months.) I only want to travel if I can find an appointment immediately... otherwise I'll wait for the approval. 1. how can I see available appointment slots without submitting DS160? 2. if I have to submit DS160 to view slots and assuming there is nothing available for a couple of months - can I create DS-160 form based on current information, book appointment and once amendment is approved, change/ create new DS-160 to take to the interview? (This will be my first visa stamping and I'm not sure if the interview waiver applies.) Edited January 5, 2022 by sv2 Quote Link to comment
