Ravindar Posted December 17, 2021 Report Share Posted December 17, 2021 Hello, I am planning to schedule an interview for H1B visa stamping at Vancouver, Canada Consulate hopefully by end of December 2021 or early next year 2022. Hence I have a query, can I travel and attend the H1B Visa interview while I-485, I-797, I-131 applications processing are pending with USCIS ?. Appreciate your reply. Quote Link to comment
