cookielover9316 Posted October 30, 2021 Report Share Posted October 30, 2021 Hello all, I'm filing my I-140 for EB2-NIW and have 2 questions: 1. Should I list my spouse in the I-140? We are legally married. He is Canadian and can work in the US with a TN visa, but still we would like to get him a GC as well. Would adding him into I-140 impact my application down the road? 2. I recently have my passport renewed. Should I use my old or new passport in the I-140 form? I'm very new to this process, so my apologies if this question has been asked before.
