My H1 is going to maxout in April-2022 still my GC process is not yet started. My company said they will initiate the process from company side in Jan-2022 So I know this time will not sufficient I will need to move out from US. My questions Is, Is candidate must and should stay in US in the GC process or Candidate is not required to stay in US in entire GC process? Quote Link to comment
