Dhanu100 Posted September 21, 2021 Report Share Posted September 21, 2021 Hello, Primary applicants I-485 application was submitted in Oct,2020 ( EB1-B Category, PD Nov,2019) and primary applicant received GC in May,2021. My spouse application was submitted in Dec,2020 and Biometric was done on May,2021. Currently my spouse application for I-485, EAD and AP is still pending with USCIS. As EB1-B category is still current in action chart, why dependents application is still pending? How does USCIS process applications once priority date is current? Is it based on category? priority date? or date of I-485 submission. Is there any way to expedite this processing? Quote Link to comment
