H1B Transfer to new Employer while H4 and EAD Applications Pending

Dear All,

I am currently waiting for my change of status to H4 (pending I-539). I am eligible to apply for H4 EAD. Thus, I am planning to file H4 EAD (I-765) soon.

In next few months my husband is going to change his employer (H1B Transfer). At that time both my applications: I-539 and I-765 would still be pending, given current long processing times. Before he joins new employer, I believe I would need to file a new I-539 (H4) for new employer of H1B. 

My questions are - 
1) Would I also need to file another/new H4 EAD application (I-765) at that time?
2) If yes, what would happen to my first I-765?
