k0m4r19_32 Posted August 22, 2021 Report Share Posted August 22, 2021 H1 (EB3); filed AOS in Nov 2011 alone. My spouse was out of the country. My spouse reached the US port on H4 on 5th Aug. We filed her AOS on 10th Aug and have not received receipt yet. I got GC on 15th Aug in mail but my GC has a start date as 4th Aug. Questions: 1.Is she out of status ? 2.Does she have to leave the country and apply for the counseling process ? 3.If I leave the country alone and return in a couple of weeks, will this affect her AOS application?
