pnarang
My spouse works for company A and was offered a role by company B. The h1b transfer was filed premium and is approved. In the meantime, he got an offer from company C which is better career vise. Company C is also ready to file visa. Can he say no to company B and keep working for A until visa for C is approved? Can B create any issues? He has not joined company B yet. Thanks Edited August 20, 2021 by pnarang Quote Link to comment
Yash Kandhari
Hello, I am currently with company A where I got approved for my H1-B starting from this 1st October’21. Now I have been selected by company B and they are asking me about H1-B transfer process and how actually this works. I also want to know what cost does this process takes. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
They should hire a lawyer if they don't know how it works... Avoid cheap companies who can't even afford a lawyer. A transfer for a new H1 is only possible after Oct. 1 once you have started working on the H1 for the original employer. Every immigration lawyer knows that.
