My question is general, why employment-based GC downgrades are not getting processed? Though we are documentarily qualified like I-140 approved, EAD-AP card received, Medical submitted. From 2011 onwards NO GC was approved for downgraded applications. And the year getting ended in next 6 weeks. On the other side, straight EB3 petitions getting approved to date. Why this variation?
