Will CBP USA officers have authority to stop me from entering USA for dismissed misdemeanor class A domestic violence case

I have an immigration lawyer written copy too that states, I am not eligible to deport back to my home country based on the above mentioned statements ie i am not doing plea of guilty/ no contest to prosecutor or judge/conviction.

My worry is even though if i show all these case dismissal documents, does CBP stop me from entering USA, FYI I am working On my H1B visa.

As long as you stay truthful with responses and do not misrepresent, You should not have any problem entering US
