Primary AOS Approved but Dependent is pending

Hi Guys -

Anyone know anyone who ran into this specific case? Primary applicant got his Green card but Spouse didnt receive hers - website says "fingerprints taken" for couple months. Attorneys said that Spouse, who is working on H4-EAD, is not authorized to work anymore until her GC-EAD or GC -AOS is approved?

Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi, I will be in this situation soon since my Husband's (primary) GC-EAD is approved and mine is not . My application has a different filling date (different issue) and hence will not be processed along with his. Any updates on your situation? Did your spouse get his/her GC? Did you guys do anything for it? I am thinking of raising an expedite request for my GC EAD since I will lose my job if my husband gets his GC, which could be within a month or so.
