I'll need to travel to India from USA (New Jersey) in August 2021 for a personal reason. Will i be able to travel to India and come back by September 2nd with my current H1B visa? Any thoughts/suggestions are highly appreciated Will U.S travel ban affect my case? I have a U.S born kid and will i qualify for the NIE waiver? Pl advise Thanks Quote Link to comment
