PG13 Posted June 26, 2021 Report Share Posted June 26, 2021 I am travelling to Mexico and I wanted to utilize automatic revalidation to reenter US as my stamped H1B is expired but I have an approved 1 797. My question is couple of months back I filled DS160 for getting visa stamped in New Delhi, but I didn't go to India due to Covid situation. So will it be considered as a pending visa case?
