Hi All,

I am on an H1B visa, I got "Class C misdemeanor - Assault by contact", which will be dismissed "in the interest of justice" once I finish 4 hours of counseling. Its a verbal offer of the prosecutor.

NOTE: No arrest No fingerprint. "in the interest of justice" >> means the prosecutor thinks the case is not strong.

I have these two questions.

1. I don't see any problem with H1B renewal, future stamping, or second screening at POA or GC, please confirm.

2. What documents should I keep with me for international travel? a. citation b. dismissal documents c. copy of 4 hours of counseling. d. incient report e. anything else ?
