Hi,

I am currently in INDIA & my h1b is valid till September of this year.

My GC priority date is Dec 2011 & as the dates are nearing to my priority date, I am wondering if I should travel back to US on my H1B & apply for AOS or If I opt for Consular processing how long will be the wait?

I would really appreciate if someone can advise on this.
