With the current situation in India we would want to extend her beyond June. Could anyone please clarify on the below questions 1) Is it possible to file for an extension while an extension is already in progress? 2) If yes for 1. sgrcres Posted May 17, 2021 Report Share Posted May 17, 2021 Yes you can always apply, however, if the Dec extension petition has not been approved, then applying for another extension could be risky. Even if she leaves by June and her Dec extension request was denied, could be considered to be visa overstay. Next time she tries to enter US, CBP can give trouble and also future B2 visa could be rejected. Quote Link to comment
