SA19 Posted May 14, 2021 Report Share Posted May 14, 2021 (edited) i was charged with assault dv 4 false allegation in Washington , for avoiding trial i have taken the Stipulated order of continuance for 12 months. There was no arrest or fingerprints taken. Prosecutor has mentioned the police reports will be put in prosecutor file and not the court file. we got the immigration safe language added to SoC and there is no admission of guilt. i am in India right now and looking to travel back to USA, will there be an issue at port of entry while on SoC.
