PERM Application Audit In 7th Year of H1B - Supervised Recruitment

Hi,

My H1B VISA already maxed out and we have applied for 7^th year extension based on pending PERM application. My employer was informed that my PERM application is selected for Supervised Recruitment.

I have few questions -

1)- In case of PERM denial - Can we refile new PERM and extend visa beyond 7^th year without leaving country? If not then what are my options?

2)- Is it mandatory to go through fresh H1B lottery again in case of PERM denial beyond 7^th year extension ?
