Moimanni Posted April 28, 2021 Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 The issue is the DOB on the passport and visa of my mother. Both dates are different. On visa 21/9 and on passport 21/7. We found out now on her second travel to the US. On her first travel, she was not asked any questions and we were not even aware of it but now he was not allowed to board. sgrcres Posted June 1, 2021 Report Share Posted June 1, 2021 The passport is the valid document (unless her birth certificate shows a different date). Some one in the visa section of US goofed up. You have to get an appointment with US visa section to get this sorted out. They will likely give a new visa with the correct date. I am assuming that the US consulates and embassy in the country she is, are open. Quote Link to comment
