I need to cancel and refile my AOS application (Approved I-140) because it has been lost at the Dallas USCIS lockbox facility. It had been received by the lockbox facility 5 months ago but neither has the check been cleared yet nor have I received any communication otherwise from USCIS such as rejection, etc. I emailed the lockbox support email address but no response in over a month. Can you please confirm the location address to post the refiling paperwork? Is it the same location as the original one (Dallas lockbox) or can I post it to a USCIS service center, etc.? I am skeptical about posting it to the Dallas USCIS lockbox facility again. Thank you, Quote Link to comment
