Hi Team,
 

I have lost my F1 OPT EAD card in my trip to India. I have photocopy of EAD and employer letter,  I20 and valid visa stamp. My F1 OPT expires in July 5th 2021. Would there be any problems at Port of Entry? I would like to come to US and apply for OPT extension. Please suggest my plan of action.
