sathishraj
Hi Everyone, I learnt from a friend that his 7th year extension was approved, based on a certified PERM-LC through his previous employer, which was filed 365 days before his max out, his attorney was able to do this, while waiting on a PERM-LC decision through his current employer. Person ABC was working with company A & got his PERM-LC certified, then switched job to company B, where the GC process was delayed & now his maxout is approaching sooner, his current employer managed to get his 7th year extension approved based on a certified PERM-LC through his previous employers, which was filed 365 days before the maxout, Is this a valid option, as I'm going through the same phase, with similar scenario. Kindly advise. Thanks. My info PERM certified with Prev. Empl - 09/2019 Max Out with recapture - 05/2021 PERM Filed with Current Empl - 10/2020 Expecting it to be certified - 05/2021 (with current timeline) Quote Link to comment
