tanyashetty Posted March 1, 2021 Report Share Posted March 1, 2021 Hi My H1b extension + amendment was filed and the USCIS status changed to "Notice Explaining USCIS actions was mailed" on Feb 11 Though the case was upgraded to Premium , my attorney says they never received any email / mail. Waited till Feb 25th and asked them to contact USCIS. My attorney said they contacted USCIS and sent an inquiry and forwarded the screenshot of the same. Issue : My i94 got expired on jan 31 and I am very worried about my stay without knowing what is the decision. If it is denied and I dont get the notice , will it be an issue ? other than creating an inquiry , is there no other way my attorney can know about the notice details ? Quote Link to comment
