Now, I have an offer from a startup that ask me to join as a part time specialist under concurrent H1B My primary employer does not prefer employee has another job, so I would like to hide this fact from them. My primary employer have lawyers that processing my PERM/GC case on my behalf. Down the road, is there any caveat/risk I should be aware for exposing this fact to my primary employer? JoeF Posted February 16, 2021 Report Share Posted February 16, 2021 Hmm, your employment contract probably has a clause that prohibits you from working on the side without employer approval. If you break that you risk being fired for cause. And the world is small. There is a good chance the employer will find out. Do you really want to risk your future in the US for this?
