User_Angel Posted February 2, 2021 Report Share Posted February 2, 2021 (edited) Hi, Got 221g for H4 dropbox and required document was sent in OCT 2020, its been already 120 days and still the same with no updates, but need to travel urgent to USA due to family reasons. If you have valid reasons & can support the "emergency" definition, you should be able to go ahead & create another case/submit for their consideration. Please remember that definition of an emergency is usual much narrower, so make sure you are certain about the criteria you are using to start a fresh case!
