My most recent H1b was approved on dec 2016 when I was a senior software engineer. I got promoted to team lead software engineer in 2018. my current H1B on my passport expired on Oct 2019. my i797 is valid till oct 2022. Would I be considered exempt for P.P. 10052 for dropbox in india ? Thanks in advance for your replies! Quote Link to comment
