Was working from India for more than 6 months now looking for travel back to US

Hi All ,

During covid I come to India I have been working in India for My employer on US payroll more than 7 months now as I have Work from policy in my company due to covid .

i am planning to travel back by Jan end 2021 will it create any problem in Port of entry Immigration 

i have valid H1b till 2021 Oct.

it happened to me as well and I returned to the US  in Nov 2020 after 7 months and I didn't have any questions related to it at POE.

Didnt they ask any question in port of entry or asking to show last month pay slips/client letter  ? Which US airport did u land ?
