Background - 

I came in US in 2016 on F1 visa, and I hardly remember if at that time I gave ten printed or not since its like 5 years back. Now I am going for new visa (H1B) stamping. What do we need to answer for this question in DS 160 formHave you been ten-printed-Yes/No

Would this affect in any ways (consulate interview etc) if I entered incorrect info?

It is ok to get ten printed again, if you're absolutely not sure then you may opt no and they will take your finger prints at the time of your appointment.
