Previous Employer I-140 with H4 EAD Renewal

Hi,

I hold an approved I-140 from my previous employer - EmpA (more than 6 months old) and I think it is still not revoked by my old employer.

1.) Can I use that I-140 from my previous employer as a supporting document for H4 EAD renewal?

2.) Also, my current employer(EmpB) has just filed for I-140 (this week). In this case, should I wait for the new I140 to arrive before I submit the H4-EAD renewal application? I am looking to understand if I can still use the old I-140 I currently hold while the new I-140 application is under progress.

Kindly advise.
