H1BUser24 Posted January 7, 2021 Report Share Posted January 7, 2021 Hello, I have PERM/I-140 approved through employer based (EB2) green card sponsorship, if my EAD gets approved, could I still file and get EAD/GC through family based sponsorship because it would be much faster when my 21 old child become eligible (in couple of years) to sponsor me? Can I have 2 EADs through EB and FB or do I need to cancel the EB EAD and then file family based EAD? Also please let me know what Family Based category (F2A, F2B?)
