Old or new passport info for NORI affidavit ?

Hi,

I have just started applying for NORI (Stage-1). The affidavit and forms need passport info. The J1 visa is on the old passport supposed to expire very soon. It was issued in India.

The new passport was issued recently in US. Which passport info should go into the affidavit for NORI application ?
