luck2u Posted January 2, 2021 Report Share Posted January 2, 2021 I'm on H1B and my spouse is on H4 in USA as of June'2020 i.e., Proclamation issued date, can my wife eligible to attend for her H4 renewal visa in any country by going out of USA, as there is a relaxation for a spouse to attend for visa at US Consulates (India/anywhere) if primary (H1B) person is in USA as of Proclamation issued date?
