My Spouse's H1 extension request is approved till August 2023 and her I-140 is approved as well. Can I apply for Change of Status (H1 to H4 ) on a future date as per Max out and EAD application (based on I-140 ) together? As per USCIS Fee scheduler, I-539 form requires (85 + 370) 455$ and I-765 form for EAD requires 410$. Should I send single check with total amount or separate check needs to be sent?
