Hello,

I am a full time student on H4. I am turning 21 years old in February 2021. So I filed a change of status to F1 in Feb 2020.

I recently received RFE to submit a new I20 as the start date on my old I20 that was submitted is lapsed.

The office at the university is closed for holidays and  I have to respond to the RFE ASAP.

What shall I do ?

My other concern is that if my F1 is not approved on the first day of my semester then what are my options ?

Pls help.
