Naveen777 Posted December 23, 2020 Report Share Posted December 23, 2020 Mode: Premium 08/11/2020 - 'Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent' status is updated by USCIS my I-129 for new h1b application 11/05/2020 - RFE response has been delivered and got acknowledged by USCIS to the attorney --/--/---- - Till date (12/22/2020) no update on my case and showing status as ‘Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent' As its in premium mode and I don’t have any update - does any one faced this type of situation and is it normally happens or should I take any advice? is there any official announcement for any delays in updating the status to Case Received by USCIS?
