I have joined Employer B , refiled Perm and use PD from Old i140 . Now i have approved i140 from Employer B with PD ported from Employer A i140 . If I switch to Employer C now and if Employer B revokes i140 within 2 months after i140 approval since i moved to different employer . Can i still use Employer A i140 for renewing my H1 if Employer B revokes my latest i140 Quote Link to comment
