SunnyGinger Posted November 18, 2020 Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 Hello all, I recently traveled to the USA with a visa having till Dec 2020 but I do have an extension notice -I797 till 2023 which I forgot to show to the concerned officer at POE. My Company told me to visit the CBP office for correction, which I did and they said they can't do anything. Can anyone provide inputs on my situation? Thanks, Sunny. Quote Link to comment
