Amit N Sharma
Hi There, I got my H1B visa approved in year 2014 and I-140 in Sep-2016. I changed my employer in Jan 2020 and my previous employer filed an application to revoke my I-140( by this time my I-140 was approved for more than 3 years). My current Visa is valid till Jan 2023. My question is about the next extension. Do i need to get the GC process started by the new employer and have my I-140 re-approved before filing the extension for H1B or my current employer can file my H1B visa extension on my I-140 which was approved for previous employer. Please advise. Thanks Amit Quote Link to comment
