mahsminuk
I came on L1A Visa in 2013, on deputation from India - my employer has been deducting a portion of my US salary towards PF (provident fund - employee contribution part) back in India. Recently I got my green card, however, they continue to do this deduction - this is in-spite of GC being for a permanent position for their US office. When I checked with HR , have been told, would take a year for them to stop this deduction. Question - Is this legal to do even after an employee gets his green card? Quote Link to comment
