But I haven't travelled to USA on that VISA and never used that 6 years period. I came to USA on 2018-Jan on L1B VISA. Now my L1B extension was denied and I am yet to receive my Denial Notice. Is there any possibility now for me to use my previously approved H1B VISA to get the cap-Exempt and apply now to continue my Stay in USA? Please let me know are there any other possible options? RandomUsr Posted November 9, 2020 Report Share Posted November 9, 2020 Did you check the status of your old H-1B receipt on USCIS Case Status website (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do)? I think these days employers are required to withdraw their H-1B petition if you don't join them in a few months. Quote Link to comment
