s28 Posted October 27, 2020 Report Share Posted October 27, 2020 My EB1 Priority Date is 4th Dec-2018 and based on Oct month Bulletin am eligible for filing the AOS but my L1A Visa is maxed out and visa expiry date is 2nd week Dec-2020. My payroll will go inactive after the Visa expiry date. Let me know the options to continue my stay in US by filing the AOS Quote Link to comment
